Heydy Day

As Victim Services Director, my job is to wear many hats. I supervise the forensic team for appointments of forensic services, serve as a back-up to each team member, manage our case management system, serve as custodian of records, assist in contacting families with the goal of maintaining a relationship between them & our agency, and I am also the Spanish language interpreter for the agency.

My favorite thing about my job is connecting with families that are open to support through the life of their case. In addition, I enjoy educating the non-offending caregivers about the legal process and what to expect as well as connect them with therapy and other resources that they may find helpful.
