Jennifer Broadway Smith

My favorite part of my job is just meeting people. I love to hear their stories. The strength these individuals have amaze me, and I learn so much. It's truly the best part of my job to be able to sit in a room with someone who is vulnerable and have them share their pain and some of the darkest parts of their lives. It is a process and journey we walk through together finding hope and healing. I’m grateful for that experience. This is a job that I will never stop learning.
