Brandi Reagan

As Executive Director I manage a 10 staff members and 4 contractual positions. I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center, such as agency management, finances, fundraising, agency services, staff and team training, accreditation standards, non-profit/tax exempt status, grant writing, budget planning, board management, etc.

My favorite thing about my job is working with a team that is dedicated and passionate about the work they do. They get up every day with the goal to make a difference in the lives of children. Sometimes they are successful in that… sometimes they can't help at all and leave defeated, but they still get up the next day and try all over again. When I do my part of managing the agency, then I know there will continue to be a place for kids to get help and for our staff & team to keep trying to make a difference in the lives of those that need us the most.
