Melissa Mishoe, MSA, is a dedicated leader working with children and families with more than 20 years of experience advancing Early Head Start, Head Start, and Children’s Partnership programs across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Melissa is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong community partnerships, and deep commitment to ensuring that children and families receive the services needed during difficult times.
